Spelling Words Third Grade
On Monday, the test sentences will come home in your child’s homework packet.
Practice dictating the sentences to your child.
On Friday, I will dictate the sentences to them as their test.
They get one point for every word spelled correctly. One point for every correct capital letter and punctuation.
Sometimes they will get a chance to earn extra points.
Look for the +1 or +2 points for forming contractions or putting a comma in the correct place.
