Dear Edgemont Families, Thank you for your continued support of our end of year testing. This week we continue with 3rd grade ELA and 5th grade writing tests. Please help your child do their best by having them get a good night’s sleep, eat a good breakfast, and get to school each day on time. We got this! Did you know research shows parent engagement in school and school activities increases their child’s achievement in school? I can’t think of a better reason to get involved with our school. There are some opportunities coming up where you can be part of the great things happening at Edgemont. We need parents, guardians, aunts, uncles, grandmas, and grandpas to get involved and help with the Extravaganza and Art Show in the next few weeks. With your help we can make these events amazing! We can’t do it without you! Please check your emails for the links to sign up. We love seeing you involved with our school and so do your children. Have a great week! Principal Kartchner

Queridas familias de Edgemont,
Gracias por su continuo apoyo a nuestras pruebas de fin de año. Esta semana continuamos con los exámenes de ELA de 3er grado y escritura de 5to grado. Por favor, ayuden a sus hijos a dar lo mejor de sí haciendo que duerman bien, desayunen bien y lleguen a iempo a la escuela odos los días. ¡Nosotros nos encargamos!
¿Sabía usted que la investigación muestra que la participación de los padres en la escuela y las actividades escolares aumenta el rendimiento de sus hijos en la escuela? No puedo pensar en una mejor razón para involucrarse con nuestra escuela. Hay algunas oportunidades que vienen donde se puede ser parte de las grandes cosas que suceden en Edgemont.
