The PTA Fund Run is coming up soon on Friday, Sept. 29.  This is our one and only fundraiser for teachers each year so please donate what you can to help fund things like field trips, classroom supply needs, books and other learning materials.  Your students will have an envelope and flyer (with QR code) in their backpack. There is a box in the office where students can drop donations. You can also donate online now by using this link.

If you donate online please put your child’s first and last name and teacher in the comment box.  If you pay with the envelope, please write your child’s first and last name and teacher on the outside of the envelope.  The grade level who brings in the most donations will win a pizza party for the whole grade.

In the old days we used to have students collect pledges for how many laps they run. In recent years we have simplified it to just having parents, family members and neighbors donate (goal is $60 per child) and the kids run as many laps as they can muster at their appointed time.  The kids still understand that they are running their best in order to support their teachers.  Supporters and cheerers are welcome at the event. It will be on the west field and the schedule is as follows:

Kindergarten 9:00-9:25  

• 1st  9:15-9:40  
• 2nd 9:30-9:55  
• 3rd  9:45-10:15  
• 4th 10:05-10:35  
• 5th 10:25-11:00  
• 6th 10:50-11:25
