Meeting Minutes:
- Amanda Phillips shared Middle of year achievement and growth data from acadience reading and math, looking at where we are in relation to our end of year goals in our school improvement plan and in anticipation of setting goals for next year.
- Amanda Phillips shared NWEA data and we discussed how the NWEA test works and the information it can give us. We discussed the focus at our school of helping the students below grade level, but also of helping student who may be high achieving with lower growth.
- Ashley Lehmann shared the difficulty of testing when attendance is a factor
- We discussed what is being done for students below grade level, and on each level. We also discussed that the goal is for students to know where they are and goal set to move forward
- We talked about our targeted interventions and data meetings to go over where each specific student is at and what their individual needs are and then provide that for them.
- Ashley Lehmann shared what is tested on the AAPPL test for French and the scores for this year.
- Harmony reviewed our goals this year and where we are with them.
- Harmony shared enrollment data
- We looked at our trustlands budget to see what is working and what we want to start planning for next year
- Edgemont is doing well because if the community support and the intentional implementation of systems in place, especially the PLC process.
- Harmony proposed a continuation of the current plan.
- Next meeting Harmony will bring a draft of the new plan for official proposal.
- Harmony reviewed where we are at in our budgets currently for Trustlands and TSSA.
