Edgemont had their championship spelling bee rounds on January 12th.  Participants were selected from their classroom spelling bees.  The champions met to determine who would be continuing on to the regional bee in March.  Participants will be awarded certificates and trophies at our SOAR Assembly next week.  Congratulations are in order for our top school spellers:  Fletcher (4th Grade), Finn (2nd Grade), Calvin (6th grade), Takumi (5th grade) and Ryder and John who tied for 5th place (6th Grade).  Honorable mention goes to:  Ginger (4th), Eli (4th), Bennett (5th), Steven (6th), Levi (5th).  Our top two winners are brothers.  We wish them the best of luck in the regional bee.
