Notice 1: Sent home at 5 unexcused absences

We’re concerned, you’re missing school. Please call to excuse absences.

Notice 2: Sent home at 5 additional unexcused absences

We’re concerned, you continue to miss school. Student and parent participate in attendance class.

Notice 3: Sent home certified at 5 additional unexcused absences

We’re concerned, you continue to miss school. Student and parent participate in Attendance Resolution Conference at the school.

Notice 4: Sent home at 5 additional unexcused absences

We’re concerned, you continue to miss school. Student and parent participate in a District Mediation.

Notice 5: Sent home at 5 additional unexcused absences

We’re concerned, you continue to miss school. Referral to DCFS or law enforcement.
