We need your help! With Timpview High School under construction we need all Edgemont parents to use only the main entrance drive for dropping off and picking up your children. There will be some road closures to accommodate the continued building of Timpview High School. Please make note of these updates and changes:

• Parents can no longer attempt to drop off or pick up students at the east side walkway entrance from Timpview Drive.  The construction crews will be closing off the walkway access before Monday, August 30th.
• Parents also will not be able to use 3460 N for drop-off or pick-up from September 1st through October 1st.  The construction crews will be completing a storm drainage extension project between Timpview Drive and Canyon.  No option will be available to drop off or pick up at the south walkway access from 3460 North.  We will close that access off for the month of September.
• The access at the east side walkway from Timpview Drive will be closed off for the next 3 years

Below are the main entrance drop off and pick up procedures for our school.

Morning Student Drop Off and Afternoon Student Pick up Procedures:

1. There are two lanes in the driveway. The right lane is for drop off and pick up. The left lane is a pull-through only.
2. Students are dropped off and picked up along the sidewalk on the right hand side. They need to exit the right side of the car. If the doors are blocked on that side, the parent needs to get out of the car, open the door, and walk their child to the sidewalk.
3. The pull through lane is pull through only, no parking or drop off and pick up. Cars in the pull through lane are continuously moving.
4. All students wait on the sidewalk along the school to get picked up. No students will be allowed to wait on the sidewalk on the other side of the driveway.
5. Do not drop off children in the parking lot! Park and walk your child across the parking lot and to the school.
6. Cars with a handicap sticker or license plates should park in the handicap parking.
