We want to thank the wonderful Reflections committee and judges for all of their hard work in making the Reflections art contest a huge success! With 77 project submissions this year, we had more entries in literature, music composition, film, and dance than we’ve had in past years. An award ceremony was held at the SOAR assembly last Friday and a short video was shown that featured each artwork submitted by our budding Edgemont artists.

We were thrilled to present a very huge check– both in literal size and amount to the teachers at the SOAR assembly Friday! Thank you to our amazing Fund Run committee and Edgemont Families for the many generous donations in making this event a success! We gave $19,793.06 to our teachers for classroom supplies, equipment and field trips, etc.

Thank you to all those who signed up to bring food to provide dinner for the teachers during SEP’s this Thursday. Our teachers work hard with long hours especially this week and they sure appreciate the dinner that is provided.

Enjoy a fun night out with your family and support our school! Monday, November 11th and Tuesday the 12th are Edgemont Nights at Nickel City. Come anytime between the afternoon and closing. All proceeds from admissions go to Edgemont. Laser Tag will be discounted to $3 for us that night. Thank you Nickel City for your generous support of Edgemont!

We’d love to see you at our next PTA meeting on Wednesday, November 13 th at 9am in room 121.
