Here are some tips if you or your kids encounter cyberbullying:
- Focus on what’s in your control. You can control how you respond, report, and address the issue.
- Know the signs of cyberbullying. If your child is behaving inexplicably, isolating, attached to device, they might be victims of cyberbullying.
- Use your resources. Most apps and sites have safety features to report inappropriate behavior. There’s also an app called SafeUT, dedicated to reporting student concerns.
