Free COVID 19 Testing

The UDOH Covid-19 Mobile Testing team will be providing free testing on Monday, October 4th in the parking lot at Edgemont from 4:30 – 6:30 pm.

The link for registration is:  https://redcap.link/utah.gov-EDGEMONT

The attached Flyer contains all the information about the test event, including the link to registration along with a QR code.
