This year each student will receive a chromebook to use at school and at home. These will be distributed to students during the first two weeks of school.  In order for your child to receive a chromebook they need to do the following things:

1. Return their Chromebook if they checked one out this summer.

2. Update your information on PowerSchool by:

A. Go to grades.provo.edu

B. Enter username and password.  If you haven’t done this yet, you’ll need to set up an account. If you can’t remember it, please call our front office at 801-221-9984

C. On the top left hand side of the screen you should see a button that says, “Update Student Registration”

D. You will see all your children’s names and next to their name they will have a “Registration” button.

E. Click on “Registration” and fill out all of the questions.  Make sure your phone numbers, emails, names, address, emergency contacts are all up to date.  This is very important this year.

F. Sign and submit

3.  Fill out and sign the Electronic User Agreement/Google Apps Agreement and send it to school with your child on the first day of school to give to their teacher.

If your child is doing home study, the classroom teacher will set up an appointment for you and your child to come up to the school to check out the chromebook during the first two weeks of school.  Your child must be a registered student at Edgemont and have completed the above steps to receive a chromebook.
