6th Grade Science Activity–barometric Pressure

Ms. Raile’s class had a great STEAM activity this last Friday. They constructed basic barometers and were learning about barometric pressure. Her class is part of the STEAM track at Edgemont. Unlike most STEM programs, Edgemont also integrates the arts into their STEM program—hence, STEAM. Ms. Raile’s class excels not only in their academic pursuits, but they were recently recognized for their awesome behavior. As Ms. Raile was quick to point out, “They are ‘the bomb’!” Well done!
